We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm. We also have an out of hours emergency number 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
By having your tenancy managed by us, both you and your tenant have constant access to our professional and experienced property management team to discuss day to day queries, maintenance issues, arrears and finding a new tenant. Tenant Find Only – from just £195 (incl VAT)
Ideal for landlords with current vacancies who want to let their properties fast and to the right tenants, and already have all pre-tenancy administration and property management covered.
We’ll take professional pictures of your properties and advertise nationally via the UK’s biggest property website, Rightmove. Furthermore our ‘no tenant fee’ policy means we attract the best quality tenants!
All enquiries and viewing arrangements are handled by us. You carry out the viewings and choose the most suitable tenant for your property.
The payment of £195 covers a visit from one of our local property experts who will take photos and measure up the rooms PLUS a full month of advertising on Rightmove. If necessary you can extend the length of the advert for just £95 per month.

Tenant Find and Pre-tenancy Administration – from just £395 (incl VAT)
If you’re happy to continue with your current property management approach but need expert support in both finding tenants and preparing all the paperwork for the check-in date, then this is the service for you.
As well as finding you a tenant, we’ll also take care of the tenant referencing, deposit registration and the tenancy agreement, and can arrange gas safety and Energy Performance Certificates on your behalf.
The price of £395 includes the £195 fee outlined in the Tenant Find Only service.

Full Property Management – a low, fixed fee, irrespective of rental value (ask for details)
Perfect for landlords who want a hands-off and hassle-free property management service for a low-cost fixed monthly fee. All you have to do it sit back and wait for the net income, paid straight into your account every month.
Our charge includes VAT and applies to the management of properties of any size or rental value.
Starting from the day your tenant moves in, we’ll take care of everything from rent collection, maintenance issues and tenant enquiries to arranging contractors, routine property inspections and end of tenancy or renewals.
