We are a hybrid agency based on a branch-free, fixed fee model with self-employed agents. Backed by experienced entrepreneurs, including Sarah Willingham, and a team with over two decades’ experience in sales and lettings. Are you an Estate or Letting’s Agent with a proven track record in Residential Property Valuations, Lettings and Listings?

Have you always wanted to work in property and have a passion, drive and determination to succeed?

How we work

These days you don’t need an office to be an estate agent, provided you have good local connections enabling you to find vendors and landlords.

You might be an experienced estate agent or property manager who might be considering taking the dive and setting up your own high street agency or purchasing a franchise model requiring an initial investment of £30,000 plus. This is a scary commitment with many questions such as, how many property completions would you need to break even each month? Is there enough budget to employ weekend staff? The list goes on…

For a small monthly fee of just £99 per month you’ll have the ability to run your own estate agency business from home. Either using our established Agent Online brand or using your own brand which will be powered by Agent Online. The choice is yours!

The Benefits:
We have put together a ready-made business for you, with the systems and processes already in place to save you time and money. We provide everything you need to find instructions immediately.

There are NO office costs, staff, or phone lines required (although you may choose to implement these later).

Low overheads – We do not charge a hefty set up fee. Instead, we simply charge a low monthly fee of just £99 per month. Unlike other franchise models who require initial investment of up to £20,000 – £50,000.

Become your own brand – By joining Agent Online you will have the flexibility to launch your own brand or continue the Agent Online name. We will even let you take your brand with you if you ever decided branch out for yourself.

Upfront commission – All Licensees will receive a small cash injection per property instruction with an additional lump sum given on completion of sale.

Set your own fees – All Licensees are given the ability to set their own fees with their vendors. Depending on local market conditions. If a competitor is charging £4000 then our Licencees can charge £2,000 even £3,000 which will save the vendor a substantial amount of money and increase the probability of our Licensees winning more instructions.

Your clients can try us, for free!
We understand that using an Online Estate Agent can be a new experience for many people, so the 2 Week Free Trial is a great way for your client to experience our service and get a feel for how we work. At the end of the trial, should they wish to remove the property from the market for any reason, they may do so at absolutely ZERO cost.On the other hand, should they decide to continue marketing with us (which we would hope they do!), our fee start from just  £995 including VAT. We are not necessarily suggesting we will sell your client’s house within the 2 weeks, although this does sometimes happen, but rather that it allows them to test our service before appointing us as their estate agent

Why should your clients use Agent Online Sales & Lettings?
Apart from the obvious – that is the huge cost saving – there is another reason why your client might want to consider us: We are experienced property people but with a fresh approach to estate agency. Our goal is to offer an exceptional service to buyers and sellers and provide real value for money. The service uses clever technology and combines it with a professional, highly trained team of Property Negotiators available over the phone 7 days a week. We recognise that some tasks are easy to do online (e.g. the client & referring broker can log onto the vendor portal to check feedback on any offers from people that have viewed your property). But sometimes a seller may just want to speak to someone to ask for help or to run through a specific query – hence our decision to make the Property Negotiators available at the end of the phone every day of the week. Our service is both personal and professional.

Does it take longer to sell using an ‘Hybrid’ agent?
There is no reason at all why it should take longer to sell using an hybrid agent than via a ‘high street’ agent. In fact there is an argument to say that our extended opening hours may mean we find a buyer quicker than an agent that is only open from 9am-5pm for five or six days a week. Your clients will also find that many ‘high street’ agents don’t advertise on both Rightmove and Zoopla. These are by far the most popular property websites in the country so by advertising on both your clients can be sure of maximising their properties’ online presence.
