Here, we’ve detailed our packages, what’s included and excluded, and our market-leading prices, all of which include VAT.

To keep our prices low, we’ve removed additional and ad hoc services, as we know not every landlord wants to pay a higher premium ‘just n case’. That’s why we charge for some ‘optional extra’ services separately, so you only have to pay for them if and when you need extra support.

We’re confident that you won’t find another service as good as ours and at a better price, on the High Street or online. And if you do, be sure to read between the lines – many online-only lettings services are technology-based, charge VAT on top of quoted prices or have high upfront fees.
